Re: Dealing with Spurs supporters
For a team doing well, their support is atrocious, so fuck em.

I like shit hole stadiums that I grew up with as well, so I couldn't give a shit about their new gaff, as I guarantee I will have preferred their original place as I'm not into craft beer and cheese rooms.

Well run club who don't win anything, but have better days out in Europe than us.

I voted out, so aren't bothered about that either ;o)

They've still won fuck all.

They still haven't built their stadium.

Their support is shit.

Whilst chigwell is not trying to hide the fact that he is a spurs fan fishing, he has described all of that.... Yet still no trophies to show for it. So how wonderful are they really?

Re: Dealing with Spurs supporters
Look at their past history we all know that when the chips are down they lose their bottle. Doe's anyone seriously believe they would have qualified for the Champions League knock out stages if Barcelona had to win Tuesday night?

Cinderella's and always will be

Re: Dealing with Spurs supporters
Just remind them of the England scenario:

Fill an England team with West Ham and they'll win the World Cup.

Fill it with Spurs and they'll throw it away.

"Dealing with" ??

Jeez, do you need a safe space? Does the name Carrick trigger you?

Laughable. They're north London slags, what more could you need? For me, that ranks slightly lower than child molesters. Rather be molested meself than be from that shithole. Cunts.

Tell them about the constant rumours that their manager willl leave for a big club any day soon.

Re: Dealing with Spurs supporters
Tell them they will be like Arsenal were and never win a thing, in debt for £1bn++ with no money to buy players for 10 years ++ and will still only be the football club with the SECOND largest stadium in London.

Re: Dealing with Spurs supporters
Tell the to enjoy it while it lasts. The same thing will happen to Spurs as what happened to Arsenal after they built their new stadium. They were never the same again.

Ask them how much debt Spurs are in these days.

No West Ham fan would raise children to be front wheel supporters.

Re: Dealing with Spurs supporters
There’s not a lot we can large over this mob at the moment, it’s true.

Spurs always seem to be on the cusp of something, but they are the perennial bridesmaids.

Their team, the way they are run, and the stadium they are moving into makes me envious in a way I never thought I would be when I was a kid growing up surrounded by them. It’s a bit more personal for me. I grew up in a staunch Spurs manor. But we were definitely more equals back then.

You can’t dine out on good football forever though. If they don’t win something in the next couple of years, it will start to fall apart. First the manager, then the players will be off, then we will see how really loyal Kane is. Tell your kids you’re playing the long game.
